Flock Mentality

Flock Mentality

I took this today in Regent’s Park, London. A woman was feeding a huge group of assorted birds – pigeons, seagulls, geese and herons – so I stood around taking photos. Suddenly all the pigeons flew in to the air, as if there was some sort of signal. I managed to quickly snap a picture. It isn’t focussed very well, due it all happening so quickly, but I like the photo because there is so much going on in the scene.
